We pick up your Wash/Dry/Fold laundry at your doorstep (or designated campus site) and drop it back off in 48 hours. In between, we take extra-special care of it:

  1. Clothes are separated into whites, lights and darks
  2. Clothes are washed using professional-grade, neutral-scent, environmentally detergent
  3. Clothes are dried on medium heat to prevent shrinkage
  4. Clothes are folded, placed in clear plastic shrink-wrap and put back in your (absolutely free) Laundrymen laundry bag for their trip back home.

Of course! We’re open to all students (not to mention faculty, staff and alumni in our service area) at the universities and colleges we serve, regardless of whether you live on or off campus. You don’t even need to be a student at all. Anyone interested in a pick-up/drop-off laundry service can participate — homeowners, renters, business — if we have a route in your neighborhood. Check and see.

You can start using Laundrymen anytime. We operate year-round; for colleges and universities, we follow the academic calendar and offer services during the spring, fall and summer sessions. We do not normally have campus service during major holidays and breaks (such as Spring Break and Easter) or when there are less than four days of classes in a week, unless otherwise requested.

No. Wash/Dry/Fold and Dry Cleaning are two separate services. The weekly or bi-weekly Wash/Dry/Fold laundry service is prepaid; Dry Cleaning is charged on a per-item basis.

Answer:

Your laundry and dry cleaning are normally delivered two days after they’re picked up. Our professional team needs that time to properly process your laundry.

Answer:

We use professional-grade detergent, and your clothes are handled carefully to avoid any problems. There is normal wear when clothes are washed; in the highly unlikely event that your laundry is damaged or lost while in our possession, you’ll be promptly reimbursed if it cannot be repaired or located. (Note: Laundrymen defines possession as in our company vehicle or at the plant. Laundrymen is not responsible for lost or stolen articles when the items are at your doorstep or at the agreed upon pick-up/delivery point.)
