UNC Chapel Hill Service Dates

While Laundrymen offers service according to the academic calendar, a student can JOIN ANY TIME and final cost will be based on the number of weeks of service remaining in the semester. Summer and holiday service is also available.

Fall 2010

• Begins week of August 30, 2010
• Ends week of December 13, 2010
• No service during weeks of Thanksgiving Break (service available if requested for additional charge)

Spring 2011

• Begins week of January 17, 2011
• Ends week of May 2, 2011
• No service during week of Spring Break (service available if requested for additional charge)

• FREE laundry bag
• Pick-up and drop-off at your residence hall, apartment, or house
• 48-hour turnaround
• Clothes returned folded, shrink-wrapped and delivered back to your doorstep

The standard-sized laundry bag is 22” x 28” and is suitable for most single people. There is no weight limit on how much you can fit into the bag! However, for customers who tend to go through a lot of clothes during the week or if you are using the laundry for more than one person, Laundrymen offers a “big bag” option that is approximately 50% larger than the standard-sized bag. Measuring 24” x 36”, this bag is only an $10 per week additional charge.
